Physical Learning

Once you've shown your body
what you want it to do,
stop micromanaging.

Trust your body to do the rest.
It's better at learning
than you are at training.

Direct with simple, pure intent.
Let go of all other
instructions to your body.

Notice mistakes,
but go no further in correcting them.
Let your body do that.

Let your body teach you
what works and why.
Then chew on that knowledge.
